Choosing a photographer is a big deal (this is personal!), and my goal is to make the entire experience feel effortless, honest, and filled with peace from start to finish.

After you inquire, we would hop on a phone call or grab a coffee to get to know one another and make sure we’re the perfect fit. I want to hear all about your vision, your story, and what matters most to you.

Contract + Invoice
From there, it’ll be time to make it official! All you need to do is decide on your package, and from there, I’ll send you an online proposal with your custom contract, invoice, and payment schedule all able to be completed online!
A 50% deposit of the session fee is required to secure a session date, with the final balance being due 30 days prior to the session.

Guided Experience the Whole Way
From the moment we have booked a date, I will be helping you from location scouting, styling assistance, all the way to building your timeline. Whether it’s a wedding, engagement, family, or senior session, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. I will be sending you session guides at least 30 days before your session so you have time to prepare. My goal is that you feel so excited and confident coming into your session.

Show Up & Enjoy The Moments
The day is finally here! You just show up, live in the moment, all while I capture these big milestone moments happening around you. You won’t have to worry about a thing as I handle all the details.

Delivery
Let’s relive your moments! Your full gallery will be delivered within 8 weeks in a private online gallery where you can download all of the digital images or purchase prints through a professionally printing lab.

PAYMENT POLICY
A 50% deposit of the session fee is required to secure a session date, with the final balance being due 30 days prior to the session. If the session is within that 30-day mark of the session date, the entire session fee is due at the time of booking. No date is reserved until a deposit is received. The deposit shall be applied towards the total cost of the services.
Payment terms are non-negotiable.
Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, it shall be liquidated for damages/lost time.
Payment can be made by cash or venmo (raven-jorgensen). You can save the most money with those options, however, I do accept debit or credit cards, but a credit card fee of 4% will be applied.
